First, Steve Stewart, the Service Advisor, is superb. Friendly, highly knowledgeable, patient, down-to-earth, respectful, thoughtful, careful, and thorough. I don't say this lightly, but he is the BEST car service person I've seen and learned from in nearly 30-yrs of car ownership. As a new customer who had previously been to 4 other service shops (including 2 VW dealerships), Steve took the time to carefully review my binder full of VW Passat service records to help identify what tests and treatments we may need to address an ongoing, orange EPC light issue that could not be resolved by other repairs shops. Specifically, the engine piston ring soak was not only a cost-effective first step in his multi-step diagnostic and treatment plan, but unlike previous service attempts, this treatment successfully resolved the EPC light for nearly 8-9 months. Afterwards, there was a noticeable improvement in engine performance, including less 'tapping' and better torque/acceleration/responsiveness.
In addition to the service expertise, quality, rationale, and fair pricing, the office and waiting room are crystal clean, further reflecting the team's commitment to quality, professionalism, and customer service. I loved the Christmas decorations, and rather than smelling oil, gasoline, or exhaust fumes, the office has a nice, clean scent of fresh pine. 🎄

When I called Steve answered and without hesitation told me to bring my car in. Even my own former mechanic of over 20 years would make me make an appointment. When I brought my car in he diagnosed and fixed the issue. Because I waited and it was around lunchtime he was thoughtful and offered to take me to get something to eat.
