Update: brought A7 in for a blown high pressure fuel pump that he diagnosed and fixed the same day along with spark plugs and coils. exceptional service and intelligence this guy. "Steve is the best. He’s kept my 2003 Jetta running great since he started servicing it in 2011 or so. We have had many different types of repairs done and they always were done well. My brother also has his car serviced there as well. Always quick caring, effective and reasonably priced. A handful of times he has helped me with my car in a last minute situation. I even remember a hot summer day when my car was low on coolant and I wasn’t coming in till next week and after calling asking what he recommended I buy from the store to top it off he said just swing by and he topped it off for me for free until I could get in for a repair. Another time I was on vacation far away and my car broke down and had to be towed to a VW dealership for a fuel pump. When I was there the technician asked me who takes care of my car (because they saw it hadn’t been to the dealer in years) because everything in the engine is clean and perfectly done! He said make sure you keep him doing your work and we always have! Thanks German Auto!"
